The Auction Pick Up Center (APC Manager)/Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a combined auction pick up center and a warehouse/production facility.
This role requires a strong leader who will be hands-on with the day-to-day operations, but also helps to drive the overall company strategy.
You'll need to build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company.
Successful APC Manager/Warehouse Managers are highly motivated to seek improvements and drive results every single day.Responsibilities
Oversee daily receiving, production, and Auction Pick Up Center operations
Coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with our policies and vision
Maintain a safe, neat, clean, and orderly facility
Hire, train, develop, coach, and motivate employees
Efficiently use and manage our operating systems and processes
Follow brand and store standards as outlined by
Adhere to all OSHA requirements
Helpful Experience

Warehouse experience
Material handling
Word Processing and Spreadsheet usage
Forklift experience

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience supervising and leading people
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong leadership, verbal & written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Willingness to learn new things

Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
