    Manager, Global Visual Merchandising (Close-To-Body) - Calvin Klein

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Manager of Global Visual Merchandising oversees the representation of Calvin Klein – Close to Body in the global marketplace. They are responsible for creating visually engaging displays in showrooms, retail, and wholesale settings, aligning with the brand's key principles.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

    • Implement the global visual merchandising strategy to support the brand's business objectives.
    • Maintain consistency in visual presentation across different markets while adapting to local preferences and maintaining the brand's VM principles.
    • Manage the global showroom for line openings, including scheduling, floor mapping, zoning, and briefs.
    • Collaborate with merchandising and design teams on key product displays for showrooms.
    • Develop visual merchandising guidelines for the Close to Body category, ensuring regional execution consistency.
    • Partner with regions and store managers to uphold global standards while catering to local needs.
    • Support the Global Visual Merchandising team on regional showroom executions, key looks, and brand activations.
    • Collaborate with the VM Creative team for cohesive product displays.
    • Assist in flagship store openings and remodels worldwide.
    • Provide training to visual teams to enhance product visibility and consumer experience.
    • Build relationships with store teams to gather feedback for strategic decisions.
    • Review product floorplans and store openings to ensure alignment with VM principles.
    • Travel up to 50% as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    Experience: 3-5 years in Visual Merchandising

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field

    Skills:

    • Highly creative with a strong fashion sense.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, styling, and MS Office.
    • Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.
    • Clear project management and status updates.

    Salary Range: $94,000 - $120,000
