Description

Central States Bus Sales is seeking a full-time Sales and Warehouse Assistant for our Lexington, Kentucky location. This position will provide administrative support to our Bus Sales team, including title work. Additional responsibilities will include performing all phases of shipping and receiving, with other warehouse duties, as well as supporting the needs of our parts customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process all bus sale paperwork, including title and recording delivery in fulfillment logs.
• Assist with delivery paperwork: MSOs/titles/application for title, delivery receipts, warranty, and rebate forms as required.
• Oversee delivery drivers (scheduling, payroll, logbooks, etc.)
• Liaison with state and local governments on matters such as temporary tags, vehicle registrations, etc.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages.
• Perform routine administrative functions including typing, filing, maintaining records, processing mail, and handling calls.
• Greet visitors and provide information.
• Help customers with parts over the phone and in person.
• Create parts sales orders.
• Order parts from multiple vendors and create purchase orders.
• Pull items and ship orders, recording fulfillment.
• Fill out truck bills and call for pick ups.
• Receive all incoming orders.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Put away all incoming stock in an orderly and organized manner.
• Use UPS software for shipping items.
• Perform other duties as needed.
