Restoration Estimator and Project Manager

Successful, stable construction & restoration firm in Orange County is seeking to add to their team an experienced Construction Estimating Project Manager for The Repairs & Rebuild Division.

This role will estimate and manage 10-20 small, short-term projects at a time and must have experience juggling small to medium rebuild or new construction projects.

• The Estimator role is critical for the success of a restoration company, as they are responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards
• Inspect and scope jobs onsite-and work with Project Manager/ Crew Chief/ Lead Tech on scope of job
• Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into operating system/software
• Writes reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software
• Communicates conversations and key information on the job using the notes feature in required software
• Estimates using carrier audit standards and manages the estimate based on feedback from client and customer

Base comp of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.

+bonuses and commission.
