- CPA License
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation (Master's degree in Tax is a plus)
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting/Tax
- 2+ years of experience in a Tax Manager role
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time and meet deadlines efficiently
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
- Experience in a large firm environment is preferred
