- Provide leadership and supervision
- Train new personnel
- Attend in-service training
- Practice safety procedures
- Provide input for employee appraisals
- Perform assigned duties
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred)
- At least two years of nursing experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supervising staff
