    At Papago Vans, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, customers, and team members. We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as the Director of First Impressions. This role is essential to ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors has a positive and memorable experience.

    The Director of First Impressions will be the face of our company, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all visitors and callers. This role involves managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

    This is a full-time, in-office position located in Mesa, AZ. Typical office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with some nights and weekends for events.

    Compensation:

    $18 - $25 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
    • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management
    • Provide general information about the company to clients and visitors
    • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks and projects
    Qualifications:
    • Strong desire to create a welcoming community and serve as a company ambassador at all times.
    • Be friendly, attentive, and willing to engage with anyone.
    • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer concerns both in person and over the phone.
    • Knowledge of the company's services, partners, and internal departments.
    • Prior office or customer service experience is beneficial.

Ft. facility in Mesa, and has launched a dedicated service department, implemented a top-of-the-line paint booth, and expanded the team to 38 highly skilled employees.
