    Front Office Representative

    Department: XTalk Prep

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Location: Santa Ana, CA

    Compensation: $37,000 - $44,000 / year

    Description:
    As a Front Office Representative at XTalk Prep, you will serve as the face of our company, providing excellent customer service to all clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk area, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the office.

    Key Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping records updated.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Provide general support to the office staff as required.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
