    Job Description: Improvix Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a Secret Clearance to oversee and manage IT projects for the Department of State Secretary of State's Office. The ideal candidate will have a fine mix of infrastructure expertise (VMware, Dell, Azure, AWS) and application development experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage IT projects for the Department of State Secretary of State's Office from inception to completion.

    Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

    Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to team members.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

    Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security requirements, especially regarding Secret Clearance.

    Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

    Secret Clearance is required.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.

    Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including VMware, Dell, Azure, and AWS.

    Experience in application development and deployment.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work onsite at the Department of State Secretary of State's Office 3 days a week.

    Must be eligible to work in the United States.
