Engineering Warehouse Coordinator - Newnan, United States - Mauser Packaging Solutions
Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory all assets in warehouse and load into CMMS system.
Maintain excel spreadsheets of inventory that coincide with CMMS.
Breakdown of obsolete assets to maintain usable components for future needs.
Ship spare parts to plants when needed.
Receive parts and place in inventory following prescribed process.
Collaborate with plants to ensure spare parts are replaced in a timely manner.
Operate forklift to arrange parts in warehouse racking.
Manage housekeeping and consumables for engineering tech center.
Coordinate training events with Director of Reliability to include scheduling and meal accommodations with Director of Reliability
Fabrication work utilizing welder, lathe, milling machine and drill press.
Travel as needed to help support Reliability Team on Machine Rebuild projects.
Timely completion of all training required for assigned tasks
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Forklift license with minimum of 5 years' experience
Ability to use Microsoft Office at basic level, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with CMMS software(s)
Basic mechanical aptitude
At least one year experience Welding and Machining
Experience with SAP preferred
Working knowledge of HIPPO and EMaint preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform all work in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
