- Must assist with room maintenance calls when needed.
- Maintain guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas in good repair by performing various tasks to a variety of trades including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, tile carpentry, paint wallcovering, pneumatic and hydraulics.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to complete work orders, blue prints, etc.
- Candidate must have a minimum of three (2) years of experience in General Engineering. Hotel experience a plus.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities are a must, a professional appearance is required.
- Dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.
- Trusted and is seen as a truthful individual who is highly respectful of others.
- Consistently exhibits courteous, respectful, and appropriate communications and presents information in a concise and understandable format.
- Cooperate with others in the accomplishment of joint tasks and common objectives.
