Training and Development Lead - Bellevue, United States - KBA, Inc.
Description
TEAMS THAT BUILD TRUST
For 30 years, KBA has successfully managed highly visible public and private construction projects, earning the trust and respect of clients throughout our community. It's what we do. No one does it better. KBA is small enough to be flexible and responsive, yet big enough to manage large and complex projects. As 100% employee owned, we recognize our employees are our most important resource and the basis for our success. We respect and seek to empower each individual and support the diverse perspectives, skills, experiences and cultures within our workforce. KBA offers an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K Plan, holidays, paid time off (PTO), and an employee stock ownership plan. We support and further professional growth and development. We work hard, and we have fun.
KBA, Inc. works on the area's most technically challenging, complex, and award-winning construction projects:
Roads - Bridges & Highways - Transit
Water & Wastewater - Buildings - Land Development - Port Facilities
Bring your knowledge and expertise as our next Training and Development Lead to develop 3-year Learning/Strategic Plan. The ability to anticipate and solve problems with nearly obsessive attention to detail pretty much sums up the KBA difference. Our people know that managing projects efficiently and effectively produces success; and working collaboratively to do so makes the success truly rewarding.
The Training and Development Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of a firmwide Learning and Development Strategic Plan. The Lead oversees the entire learning process, from conducting a training needs analysis, to selecting or creating appropriate training, coordinating and facilitating the delivery of the training, and evaluating the effectiveness and outcomes of the training. The Lead will manage the training budget and vendors while ensuring that the training complies with legal and ethical standards. The Lead may work on a variety of training: on-the-job, technical, soft skills, leadership, compliance, or professional development. Working knowledge of Learning & Development, Organizational Development and knowledge of the A/E/C industry preferred.
