Responsibilities of the Sales Representative/Customer Service:

• Answering high volume of inbound calls from potential clients
• Managing inbound emails and cases in a timely manner
• Up selling and cross-selling all product offerings
• Asking for referrals and identifying new opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Sales Representative/Customer Service:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
