    The NA Project Management Office within the North America Software Deployment and Systems Integration organization supports the Project Management community across all lines of business by providing repeatable processes and standards for planning, execution, and control of project work. The PMO develops project management best practices and enables the field resources through training and communication to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage their projects.Job Description

    This position is remote and candidates may reside anywhere in the US.

    Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
    A Project Management Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining best practices for the SI organization project managers. This role requires 2-3 years of project management or business operations experience with familiarity with project management terms, principles, and methodologies. Your experience should include working in a change management environment with proven success.

    Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter with critical thinking capabilities with an analytical mindset. Must have a basic competency in the following areas of project management; Scheduling concepts, cost & schedule baselining, change management, risk, and procurement. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced changing environment and must have a moderate level of proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite of products. Knowledge of Planview Enterprise One, SI Configurators, Oracle Project Accounting, or Power BI reports is a plus.

    Specific Knowledge/Skills:

    3+ years of project/program management or engineering experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of project management experience

    Experience with at least one of the following: Public Safety communications systems, Cellular infrastructure, Military communications, Civil construction or IT Networks

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint & Project) or Google Suite of products

    PM Masters Certificate a plus. PMP highly desired. PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

    Understanding of two way radio / cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems is a plus.

    Understanding of Command Center Software products, services, and systems is a plus.

    Understanding of Video Security and Access Control products, services, and systems is a plus.

    Understanding of local public safety customers, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services is a plus.

    Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
