    As the Staff Development Coordinator/Educator atHolden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will be responsible fordelivering crucial medical, nursing, and in-service training to all staffmembers. This guarantees adherence to federal and state regulations.

    Theposition requires availability from Monday to Friday, with on-call dutiesincluded.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provides nursing services and medical education.
    • Conducts orientation and training sessions.
    • Ensures compliance with nursing practices.
    • Offers reeducation and resolves issues.
    • Interprets and enforces regulations.
    • Supervises the staff.
    • Acts as management's representative on the safety committee.
    • Contributes to the development of policies.
    • Stays informed about healthcare trends.

    Qualifications:
    • Possess a Nursing license in Massachusetts.
    • Stay updated on nursing trends.
    • Proficient in federal/state regulations.
    • Lead by demonstrating a positive example.
    • On-call availability for resident/staff concerns.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
    • Cultivate relationships with residents, families, and staff.
    • Collaborate closely with attending physicians.
    • Fluent in English and hold a valid driver's license.
