    Inside Sales Manager - LED Lighting Products & Technology
    Focus on OEM & Specification-grade Lighting for Architect, Design and Construction Industries

    Fusion Optix ) is an established and industry-leading LED lighting technology company based in Woburn MA. We also recently launched a new venture, Xico Lighting ) focused on indoor architectural lighting products. As a group, we design, build, and sell high-performance LED lighting products and components which we develop and manufacture at our factory in Woburn MA. We are B2B and our primary customers are OEMs, architects, lighting designers, interior designers, engineering firms, and electrical contractors. Our mission is to provide the best-performing, most sustainable lighting products based on our unique technology and patented innovations. We are seeking a professional and motivated customer support and quotations individual to become an integral part of our inside sales and support team. Previous experience working in oem, lighting, architecture, design, or construction industries would be a plus.

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Office-based role at the Woburn MA headquarters.
    • Respond to RFQs and customer support cases generated within the Salesforce CRM environment, covering quotes, orders, and information requests.
    • Accurately compile quotes based on customer accounts, including required product codes and quantity pricing.
    • Process orders and support existing orders (provide status updates to reps, agents, etc.)
    • Coordinate with internal teams to provide shop drawings/submittals.
    • Communicate with sales agents, customers, and other stakeholders via telephone and email.
    • Reliable and responsive point of contact for our customers, sales agents, and channel partners.
    • Act as initial point of contact for any post-sales issues gathering information before escalating where appropriate (e.g. RMA requests, defective product, missed shipments, replacement orders, etc...)
    • Good Interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and diligent follow-up are prerequisites for this role.
    • Friendly and responsive service-focused resource for sales reps, agents, and customers.
    • Prior experience in architecture, design, or construction industries is a strong plus.
    • This position can also be an excellent stepping stone to additional roles within the organization.

    Your Skills & Experience:
    • Relevant prior quotations and/or project experience, in architecture, design, or construction.
    • Understanding of project submittal process and stakeholder needs.
    • Strong personal ethics, and professional and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience working within the Salesforce CRM environment, particularly cases and data entry.
    • Strong numerical abilities, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
    • Good personal demeanor, telephone manners, and precise communication abilities.
    • Possess a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.
    • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude toward customers and stakeholders at all times.
    • Technical enough to offer basic advice on Fusion Optix lighting products when necessary or requested.
    • Previous experience related to lighting projects is a plus, but not required.
