    About the Job

    We are seeking a Plasma Center Associate to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services.

    As a Plasma Center Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors. Your primary responsibility will be to screen donors for eligibility, perform phlebotomy procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Conducting donor screenings to ensure eligibility and safety
    • Performing phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
    • Greeting and serving donors with a smile
    • Answering phones and responding to donor inquiries
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes using company-approved procedures

    You will work closely with our Plasma Center Manager and other team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, including working varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

    To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

    • Stand and walk for extended periods
    • Lift materials up to 32 pounds occasionally
    • Hear equipment sounds from a distance
    • Show fine motor coordination and depth perception
