- Act as a primary point of contact between internal/external vendors, customers, sales representatives and employees, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations and reports.
- Facilitate the communication between the President and company departments.
- Conduct research on products, industry, brands, customers and cost vs price reports to support decision-making processes.
- Represent the President and company with professionalism, positivity, and courtesy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role specifically in the Home Furnishing/Décor industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, travel and expense systems.
- Project management systems a plus.
