As a laboratory assistant you will be a member of a diverse, agile team responsible for biological specimen receipt, identification verification, processing and storage. In addition, you will perform a variety of clerical, processing, and other laboratory duties that include maintaining supply inventory, filing, stocking, receiving shipments, and cleaning. You will actively partner with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. This position is located at the Superior Drive Support Center where immediate parking is available.
Interview Details: During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.
