Assistant Nurse Manager Mental Health Inspira Bridgeton, New Jersey $25,000 sign on bonus The regions leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Mental Health Services team in Bridgeton, NJ.

You will supervise the staff with the implementation of patient care, participate in performance evaluation and coaching and oversee staffing.

You may assist with patient assignments during high census or emergent situations.

Well also rely on you to participate in shared governance councils and oversee unit-based nurse practice council functions, as well as serve as a house supervisor after completing training and competency.

This is a full-time role with daytime hours.


Qualifications:

BSN required; MSN preferred 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Current New Jersey licensure American Heart Association BLS certification National certification in specialty area required within 3 years of hire Find your inspiration.
