Carlton Fields is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II for its downtown Tampa office.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a professional office setting. Typing and data entry (10-key and alpha) skills are required.

Qualified candidates will need experience with invoice auditing, general ledger coding, IRS forms W-9, 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC, payment processing, answer and research vendor calls and ensure daily accounts payable processes are completed.

Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
