To ensure customer satisfaction, we survey our patients, regularly review feedback, and reward our staff for good reviews. Above and beyond that, our Dentists are the leaders of our office. They practice with clinical autonomy and share the benefits of practice ownership without the administrative burdens.

    We are growing in northern Colorado and are seeking to add a General Dentist to our patient-centric practice full-time Monday through Thursday.


    Office Hours:
    Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pmWhat we will offer you:

    Base Wage:
    Competitive market-based wages, receiving the greater of a daily guarantee or a 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections

    Supportive and stable staff:
    We are staffed with a team of Dental Hygienists, Expanded Duties Dental Assistants, an Office Manager who has been with our team for over 15 years, a lead general dentist for mentorship and support, along with a regional manager, a dedicated HR, payroll and revenue cycle team


    Continuing Education:

    Gain access to a continuum of CE opportunities nearly every month, ranging from advanced endo, implant restoration, implant placement, complex restorative cases, handling complications, digital imaging, etc.

    Furthermore, clinicians passionate about teaching can share their knowledge with their own sponsored CE courses.
