    Intralox LLC is seeking an experienced environmental, health and safety (EHS) professional to support all elements and functional areas of the Intralox EHS Management System.

    The EHS Professional will report directly into the Corporate EHS Manager and will be based out of Intralox's Baltimore office in an on-site capacity.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) leadership as part of the North American Equipment division of Intralox.
    Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety systems, barrier management, and embedding processes that can be tested and reinforced.
    Develop, conduct, or coordinate robust and sustainable processes and programs for in-house assembly operations and field service operations that include:
    A front line and business level EHS audit program.
    A fit-for-purpose EHS training program for managers and employees.
    An effective EHS and incident reporting/investigation management system.
    Site/project EHS plans
    Provide guidance and clarity around which leading and lagging KPIs lead to the best EHS outcomes.

    Provide guidance and process building partnership with Human Resources for company programs related to EHS such as drug testing procedures.

    Travel between sites as needed in the greater Baltimore area (three sites).
    Travel to field installation sites as needed (approximately 10% travel time).
    Maintain information on customer site specific safety requirements.
    Analyze jobs, processes and sites for safety, health, ergonomic and environmental risks.
    Engage with leaders on current topics of EHS thought and culture.
    Support EHS operations at manufacturing facilities as necessary.
    This position will be based out of our Baltimore office.

    Requirements:
    Strong leadership ability related to work execution and work prioritization.
    History of effective leadership successes in a matrix organization.
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Occupational Safety or closely related field. Other degrees may be considered based on experience. Master's degree a plus.
    Experience in a formal environmental and/or safety management system.
    Ten or more years of experience.

    Motivated, self-managed professional with the ability to anticipate and react to the needs of multiple managers and organizational needs without direct supervision.

    Ability to present and communicate at all levels of an organization.
    Experience in manufacturing operations and/or construction operations.
    Board of Certified Safety Professionals Certification desired.
