    The Role:

    The FaaS Implementation Manager is part of the broader Fulfillment team and reports to the Director of Implementation. This role is crucial in forming the building blocks of the fulfillment relationship at

    FaaS Implementation Managers are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through a variety of projects; onboarding new clients on the WMS, fulfillment setup, client enhancements and other internal FaaS initiatives. Successful onboarding will enable the Value Realization Managers and the Fulfillment Operations to successfully conduct the day-to-day business, as the client requires it. As a valued partner, FaaS Implementation Managers work closely with Sales, IT/Development, Accounting, Value Realization Managers, Fulfillment Operations and other teams across Cart to manage deliverables and ensure a successful project launch.

    An ideal candidate is a self-starter and eager individual, who is a critical/proactive thinker, can easily multi-task, will hold others accountable, is a solution focused problem solver, is grounded in their knowledge and understanding of fulfillment, is diligent but goal oriented, and is able to work with different personalities and work styles to drive a common goal. While there will not be any direct reports for this role, the expectation is that the FaaS Implementation Manager holds the competency of leading through influence in order to manage deliverables from vertical teams to ensure a successful launch.

    What You'll Do:
    • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
    • Build and maintain an action-driven plan for each implementation. Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
    • Lead multiple standalone projects by working with the client and functional areas to gather requirements, scope, delegate project tasks, and communicate project statuses internally and externally.
    • Develop technical connections between client's order management software and Cart's warehouse management platform.
    • Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve problems.
    • Brainstorm and provide solutions that best serve client's business model throughout the implementation process.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications between cross-functional teams.
    • Partner with operations to collaborate on client expectations and build a sustainable footprint for each business.
    • Define objectives and understand client needs in order to create and set realistic goals as part of the implementation lifecycle.
    • Train each client within the warehouse management system platform to encourage self-sustainability
    Who You Are:
    • Knowledgeable of FaaS products such as inbound, outbound, value-added services, etc.
    • Have full working knowledge of fulfillment, OMS/WMS and Supply chain as it pertains to the end-to-end life cycle of an order from click to delivery.
    • Expert level project management and delivery professional. To quantify these skills, we are looking for someone who has developed and maintained detailed project plans in the fulfillment industry, made staffing/resourcing decisions pertaining to the project, assigned duties with corresponding end dates to achieve the go-live date, assessed, remediated and implemented solutions to blockers, all to effectively and timely deliver the project.
    • Intermediate level at PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, creating presentations)
    • A high-level interpersonal communicator, collaborator, and critical thinker.
    • Adaptable and resourceful in navigating a dynamic work environment.
    • A self-starter who is independent once enabled and can initiate and present solutions when blocked.
    • Comfortable discussing business strategies, practices and processes with internal and external partners.
    What You've Done:
    • 4+ years'/ Advanced level experience in fulfillment Implementation.
    • 3+ years'/ Advanced level experience working with OMS/WMS.
    • 1+ yrs experience and knowledge implementing ERP Software.
    • Experience working with and configuring solutions within an OMS and WMS.
    • Experience managing complex Supply Chain Projects.
    Nice to Haves:
    • Bachelor's in supply chain management or a related field
    • Experience working in a warehouse.
    • Experience managing e-commerce clients.
    Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
    • You are comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment center.
    • You are comfortable with up to 20% travel.
