    Our fantastic client based in Rosemead California is seeking a tenured Data Scientist with digital analytics experience as an addition to their dynamic team.

    This role will be tasked with leveraging data from a new, national loyalty program to track metrics, enhance the program, and gain and utilize insights to enhance company revenue.


    What you will doing:
    Data Science

    Design and implement proprietary explanatory and predictive models
    Define models' quality and performance metrics and implement their monitoring systems.
    Perform regression analysis
    Interface with corporate teams to enhance data collection , identify key trends, and track requirements
    Develop and execute model deployment process and live servicing.
    Digital Analytics
    Help develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategy
    Manage the company's digital analytics tools and ensure tracking and data collection
    Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing

    What you bring to the table:

    Advanced degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields) preferred.
    In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, EDA, modeling, and machine learning techniques
    Proven experience in models life-cycle management, including deployment, integration, and live monitoring.
    Familiarity with social data Api's and publicly available data a plus
    Ability to quickly pick up new data languages, emerging tools, and technology technologies.
    Proficiency in PowerBi, SQL, MySQL is required, and related programming languages are a plus.
    Experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis in both batch and streaming settings.
    Proficient with data visualization and translating complex problems into actionable insights.
    Ability to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable information.
    This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.
