Job Summary
We are seeking a Shortage Control Associate to join our team. As a Shortage Control Associate (SCA), you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our store's operations.In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring store entrances, exits and high-risk areas to prevent theft and create a safe shopping environment for customers. You will also engage with customers and associates in a manner consistent with our company core values by providing excellent customer service skills such as greeting every customer entering or exiting the store with warm smile and loud friendly greeting.
You must possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate information about theft prevention during store rallies collaborating with Manager on Duty,
