Job summary
The Senior Program Manager will play an important role in driving the growth of NEEA's exciting new End-Use Load Flexibility Portfolio. They will oversee one or more Market Transformation programs and several smaller projects focused on load flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Serves as champion and spokesperson for NEEA's cutting-edge Load Flex programs. ,
- Leads cross-functional teams to plan and implement programs that transform markets, meet business objectives and are executed effectively. ,
- Facilitates a highly collaborative team, modeling effective team behavior and leveraging individuals' functional excellence, strengths, and capabilities. ,
- Identifies escalates resolves issues resulting from development efforts drives decisions actions with ambiguous incomplete information applies best practices adaptive strategy change management identifies capitalizes opportunities coordinate extra-regional national partners align goals increase market influence measures reports progress toward clearly defined business objectives including metrics goals prepares operations plans manages goals targets measures reports progress drives corrective actions prepares annual budget updates financial forecast ensures good stewardship resources spent program activities uses market research key learnings demonstration projects field studies market tests program evaluations modifies program designs ensure programs meet stated objectives issues RFQs RFPs hires manages function specific contractors implement program activities achieve program objects leads annual review confirms direction subsequent years makes modifications required works stakeholder relations corporate communications members ensure programs well coordinated stakeholder values strategy programs assures all efforts transparent clearly communicated internal external stakeholders reports regularly utility stakeholders progress risks mitigation strategies facilitates hand-off appropriate components utility stakeholders marketplace supervises manages contractors provides leadership direction guidance teams contractors assistance management achieving work group success experience managing demand response time-of-use load flexibility required minimum five years complex environment tracking budgets prioritizing activities working cross functional adapting changes leading through these changes new product development experience plus BA BS degree major coursework business economics engineering MBA related degree plus strong track record managing contracts contractor project objective proved ability build process procedures drive progress face adversity ambiguity complex environment experience knowledge strategic product groups consumer products water heating motor driven systems lighting controls HVAC building envelope construction equivalent combination education training provide necessary skills abilities job duties considered.
