Job summary
We are seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician in our IT Department.The incumbent would provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.

- Diagnosing, maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in person, by phone or via e-mail in a timely and accurate manner.
