This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsinto provide medical services to patients.

12 shifts per month

of admits:
expect about 5-9 admits per provider/per night - 2 docs at CSM, 1 at CSO
Great working relationship with PCPs, ED, nursing and ancillary staff
EMR is
EPIC
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine with strong IM training)

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
