- Contribute to Care Team decisions, providing valuable insights and expertise.
- Make informed decisions about program activities in alignment with Light of Life's principles and best practices in recovery.

- Bachelor's degree required in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol recovery and mental illness from formal and experiential training.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HMIS experience and knowledge a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

We seek a full-time Case Manager to support homeless and hurting women and children in their journey towards recovery. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through our four-phase program.
