Description
Role Summary:
The Manager of Commercial Operations of Rimac of the Americas will closely collaborate with Bugatti Rimac' COO of the Americas to (1) develop Rimac' regional commercial strategy, (2) define short- and mid-term brand and business development programs, and (3) manage all day-to-day operations to drive growth.
Collaborate with Bugatti Rimac regional- and international leadership to develop and drive specific strategies to:
(A) Develop Rimac' regional brand development to ensure brand strength and desirability as a key aspect for Rimac awareness, exclusivity, and demand.
Support Rimac regional- and global leadership, develop market-specific strategies to drive Rimac' brand equity, brand desirability, and future product demand.
Develop and execute such strategies into specific marketing, communications, social media, and partnership strategies and formalize these within actionable annual and monthly plans given specific budget parameters.
Translate and align brand-level activities with retail marketing & communications approach that integrates and amplifies Rimac' brand activities across the NAR partner network.
In alignment with Rimac global leadership, develop a consistent regional brand & marketing KPI tracking approach measuring brand engagement and other relevant KPI's.
Set and execute annual plans into specific business strategies and programs that will drive both operational effectiveness and efficiencies on a brand and retail level.
Such operational programs will include but not be limited to the following: (1) Retail Network Development, (2) Operating Standards & Policy Development, (3) CRM System and Technology Application Programs, (4) Training Initiatives, (5) Financial Service Program Development, (6) Financial Statement/ Composite Development etc.
Drive all commercial strategies and programs on a retail level on a daily basis across the NAR Dealer network with accountability for both brand and retail metrics including: Brand engagement, Dealer engagement, new vehicle order intake, configuration, and delivery targets.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsibility #1 – 10% of Time: Commercial Strategies
Support development of annual marketing & communications strategies in the Americas
Support the development of annual network and business development programs
Support the development of all commercial objectives and KPI's
Develop and formalize tracking mechanism
Responsibility #2 – 30% of Time: Brand & Business Development – Monthly Tracking
Manage ongoing tracking and reporting of commercial activities (priorities)
Responsibility #3 – 60% of Time: Retail Development
Develop and set retail development plans for all annually/monthly relevant objectives/KPI's
Lead management of individual retail development plans
Drive target achievements Dealer-by-Dealer across the NAR network
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Years of Experience:
10+ years of experience in the luxury automotive industry
Multiple work environments preferred (OEM, field, retail)
Education – Required:
Bachelor's Degree (BA)

General experience/knowledge of managing luxury brands in the automotive industry
Analytical-, quantitative-, problem solving-, critical thinking-, and strategic planning skills

Specialized Skills – Desired:
5+ years of experience in luxury automotive industry
Fluency in German or French
Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization and across cultural boundaries
Clear understanding of strategic commercial and retail automotive business
History of establishing relationships with retailers, key internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to manage senior management commercial and/or performance negotiations
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, reason, and problem-solve independently
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
Focuses on Customer Service, demonstrates team orientation, builds and sustains relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills

50%+ domestic travel
