    Job Description and Duties

    This position is located at the Sacramento Contact Center in Sacramento.

    This position is located in a large Contact Center. Candidate selected must be a self- starting individual capable of managing multiple priorities, be an open and adept communicator, and possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing and procedures is highly desirable. Skills to meet job requirements at entry level are: communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, supervisory/training, planning and organizing. Saturday and/or extended hours may be required.

The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.
