    CACI National Security Solutions The Intelligence Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for a Chinese Cryptologic Training Developer in Texas

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    Active TS/SCI with polygraph;


    Minimum of five (5) years' experience coupled with related bachelor's degree
    Nine (9) years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.


    Three years' language analyst experience within the intelligence community;


    Two years experience of applied practical experience developing, documenting and /or updating basic, intermediate, and advanced language training materials following the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD);


    One year experience developing skills-based instruction to adults to include using web-based or distance learning teaching technologies, such as Centra, Blackboard, Question mark, and/or Sum Total.


    Desired languages at this time include: Chinese or Spanish

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop and update language materials to mirror customer requirements;


    Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks;


    Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materials;


    Assist in prioritizing training development requirements and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery;


    Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content; develop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises;


    Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and document language and domain -specific training materials;


    Employ technology, such as Adobe C5S and Adobe Premier, to develop training materials


    Develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives
