Responsibilities

Perform roof repairs on all types of roofing, including tile, shingle, flat, and TPO.
Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
Replace damaged or missing roofing materials such as tiles, shingles, or membranes.
Seal leaks and repair damaged flashing to prevent water infiltration.
Repair or replace damaged underlayment and decking as necessary.
Clean and clear debris from roofs and gutters to ensure proper drainage.
Work safely and efficiently to complete repairs within specified timelines.
Communicate with clients to explain repair options and provide estimates for services.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.

In search of a Roofing Mechanic and Crew Chief
1+ years of experience in roofing repair
Proficiency in repairing various types of roofing materials, including tile, shingle, flat, and TPO
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and safety practices
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work on roofs for extended periods
Must be authorized to work in the US.
