What are we looking for in our Senior Programmer (Dynamics365)?

Work Mode: Remote (to California Applicants only)
Pay Range: $45-$55/hr. on W2 (depending upon experience)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

The Senior Programmer, in development of operating systems, is responsible for analyzing systems requirements in response to business requirements, risks and costs; evaluating, selecting, verifying and validating the systems software environment; evaluating, selecting and installing compilers, assemblers and utilities; integrating hardware and software components within the systems environment; monitoring and fine-tuning performance of the systems environment; evaluating new systems engineering technologies and their effect on the operating environment; and/or ensuring that information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices are an integral element of the operating environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• Minimum 4 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development projects.
• Needs to be able to design Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• 5 to 7 years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) custom applications.
• 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps - 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure Cloud Platform.
• Experience in merging multiple systems into a single, cohesive system.
• 5 to seven years' experience integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and services, such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or third-party applications using APIs and connectors.
• 5 to 7 years troubleshooting and debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including debugging custom code and resolving configuration errors.

Education:

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
