    Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day production support for SAP P2D/WMI/WM modules for clients.
    • Monitor ticketing system for new P2D/WM and Manhattan WMS-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Lead large-scale platform testing (SAP, JDA, etc.) as a team leader.
    • Provide day-to-day production support for SAP P2D/WMI/WM modules for clients.

    • Lead large-scale platform testing (SAP, JDA, etc.) as a team leader.
    • Implement, build-out, or expand automated testing tools.
    • Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams.
    • Report testing outcomes to project stakeholders.
    • Coordinate the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams.
    • Perform quality and testing audits across various IT functions to ensure adherence to standards.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for SGWS quality assurance programs.
    • Review 3rd party testing programs for compliance with SGWS practices.
    • Understand various programming languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, as well as DevOps and CI/CD practices.
    • Identify test data requirements and collaborate with other teams to create and maintain test data.
    • Execute tests, both manual and automated, document test results and defects, and assist in defect troubleshooting and resolution.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software testing tools.
    • Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics.
    • Update problem tickets to keep users informed of ticket resolution progress.
    • Collaborate with SAP team members to provide production support to clients and participate in client requirements gathering sessions.
    • Offer SAP best practice solutions to meet user needs and contribute to the preparation and execution of SAP P2D/WM & Manhattan WMS test cases with business stakeholders.
    • Lead tracking and monitoring of production support issues, enhancement deadlines, and escalations related to SAP P2D/MM/WM Manhattan WMS solutions, updating status to appropriate leadership.
    • Utilize Tosca automation tool and HP ALM
    • Execute tests, both manual and automated, including documentation of test results and defects, assist in defect troubleshooting and resolution
    • Experience with S/4 Hana is highly desirable.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 years of working experience in Testing and solution design, development, implementation & support of SAP (ECC 6) – P2D & WM, Manhattan WMS module.
    • Knowledge of MM

    Module Components:
    Vendor Master, Material Master, Purchasing, Material Requirement Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management.


    • Cross-functional (SD, LE, FI/CO, PP & EWM) knowledge.
    • Must have at least 3 full life cycle experiences in SAP MM/WM/P2D Manhattan WMS design, implementation, global template, and production support environment.
    • Implementation level understanding of SAP MM/WM/Procurement-related RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, user exits, and enhancement points.
    • SAP Programming Knowledge (ABAP, EDI, Output / Printing, debugging) is preferred.
    • Proficiency and IT knowledge across multiple platforms.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proven SAP WM experience in supplier purchase order (PO) receipts/put away, stock transfer orders (STOs), internal warehouse functions (including bin to bin, cycle count, replenishment, inventory adjustments, and re-slotting), as well as shipping/returns.
    • Strong understanding of interfaces with non-SAP applications including Manhattan WMS, Omnitracs/Roadnet, Dematic (Bevpro), Bevscan, Velocitor, and RF guns for SAP warehouses.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP WM integration with SAP MM, SD, and FICO, especially COPA
    • Able to understand business requirements, custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW) objects
    • SAP upgrade experience is a plus (especially from ECC to S/4 HANA)
    • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
    • Experience with S/4 Hana is highly desirable.
