Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations of our Pure Barre studio located in Houston, TX.
This on-site, full-time role involves managing studio staff, driving membership sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, regular training and development of team members, managing studio scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
The General Manager will act as a brand ambassador and play a key role in fostering a supportive community for members and staff.
QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with experience in staff supervision, training, and professional development.
Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to drive membership sales, build client relationships, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
Operational and organizational expertise, with proficiency in scheduling, managing budgets, and ensuring day-to-day studio efficiency.Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing and experience with local promotions to attract and retain clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and represent the brand effectively.
Previous experience in fitness or wellness management is a plus, along with a passion for fitness and a client-focused mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.Similar jobs
