KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position will require at least 50% onsite work in St. Inigoes, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award.Established in July 2013, KAIROS, Inc.

It will support the development of customized mobile platforms and requires knowledge of AC and DC systems with the ability to operate for extended periods on integrated batteries.
This position will support the full life cycle of the programs equipment including design and development, integration and testing, and post-delivery customization and modifications.
Primary Duties:
Provide engineering and program support on planning, design, test, evaluation, and systems engineering
Perform design analysis and calculations for electrical projects and be responsible for the preparation of final drawings
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other stakeholders internal to, and external to, the design team
Perform engineering and technical reviews of specifications and drawings
Skills and Qualifications:
Capable of performing detailed analysis of complex data to identify problems and recommend solutions
Ability to apply engineering and scientific practices to ensure validity/accuracy of test results
Knowledge of developing plans to update, integrate and implement systems that support technical data
Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills.
Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.
Microsoft office proficiency.
Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
Detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
Ability to adapt to evolving technology
Three (3) to ten (10) years of electrical engineering experience
Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
