Summary:This position is responsible for dispensing and compounding medication, counseling patients on medication and health subjects; interpreting prescriptions, managing patient drug therapy for complications, and performing drug utilization. They collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health-care practitioners to provide safe, high quality, and cost-effective drug therapy. Pharmacists will be required to serve as preceptors for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents in their area of training and expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctorate: Pharmacy (Required)OPL - Ohio Pharmacists License - Ohio Board of Pharmacy

BS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and a current Ohio pharmacist license. Completion of a Pharmacy Practice residency or equivalent hospital experience.
