Job summary
We're seeking an organized and motivated Junior Project Controls Professional to join our team in Davie, Florida.This is an onsite role where you'll play a key part in supporting project success from initial setup through ongoing monitoring of cost, schedule and budget.
You will maintain project ledgers tracking budget line items commitments expenditures and forecasts assist the operations team with project control tasks ensuring accurate financial and schedule performance prepare project financial setup documents provide weekly financial updates to Project Managers participate in monthly project reviews help establish and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure WBS conduct weekly financial reviews identify discrepancies make necessary corrections monitor budgets against actual costs forecasts for accurate cost tracking support subcontract management by preparing procurement forms reviewing invoices tracking budgets contract terms provide change management support including maintaining project change logs.
