    Position Details

    • Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC
    • Facility: Crest Nursing Home
    • Specialty: Long Term Care / Nursing Home

    • Duration: 8 Weeks
    • Shift: NOC – 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
    • Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts
    • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
    • Work Location: Butte, MT

    Requirements

    • Active Montana LPN License (in hand)
    • Minimum 1–2 years LTC experience
    • Current BLS Certification
    • Ability to work NOC shifts (9:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
    • Strong clinical and documentation skills
