    Overview:

    The Suite Runner is primarily responsible for setting the suite up with appropriate preordered and complimentary food and beverage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. Following the event, the Suite Runner will clear away any remaining food and equipment restoring the Suite to clean condition, prepared for the next event. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

    Pay Rate of $11.00/hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet.
    • Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests.
    • Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
    • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
    • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
    • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
    • Provide high standard of customer service to guests and fellow coworkers.
    • Assist Supervisors and fellow Suite Runners in completing tasks.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a professional and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
    • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
    • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
