    Job Description:

    As a Digital Marketing Manager at New Health Partners, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and brands. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee a digital marketing strategy across all channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
    • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for website and blogs.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate funds wisely to maximize ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates on digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports for management stakeholders.
    • Optimize website content for search engines and lead generation.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of the brand's voice and online presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
    • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Zoho, or similar tools.
    • Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
