We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aid HHA to provide comprehensive personal care to terminally ill patients.Responsibilities
- Provide hygiene, skin and nail care, feeding, dressing, positioning, transfers, ambulation assistance, and pressure relief.
- Accurately measure and record vital signs; observe changes in patient condition, pain or symptoms.
- SUPPORT THE PHYSICAL EMOTIONAL MENTAL SOCIAL AND CULTURAL NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND FAMILIES WITH COMPASSION DIGNITY RESPECT WITHIN SCOPE OF PRACTICE MAINTAIN SAFE CARE ENVIRONMENT BY ADHERING TO PATIENT SAFETY STANDARDS INFECTION CONTROL PRACTICES CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS REDUCE RISK OF ERRORS COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY AS MEMBER INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM PARTICIPATING MEETINGS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES ONGOING EDUCATION REQUIRED DEMONSTRATE PROFESSIONALISM COMPLYING ORGANIZATIONAL POLICIES ETHICAL STANDARDS ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS DRESS CODE IDENTIFICATION GUIDELINES POSITIVELY REPRESENT ORGANIZATION MISSION
