    Develop an integrated data platform for ingesting, conditioning, storing, and disseminating data to the user communityEnhance data discovery of textual and geospatial dataIdentify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of data platform

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    10 + years experience in software/data engineering & data ingestCandidate must have a current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong Experience with NiFiGood command of Linux/Unix and command line knowledgeExperience with elasticsearch, Kafka, and HBaseExperience in application administration, configuration, and integrationFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesSkilled and disciplined to work with a distributed teamAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines is essentialPassion for new technologies, software, and processesAbility to travel 5% of the timeThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)

    Significant experience with cloud native technologiesOther tools:
    Helm, GeoServer, DatabricksFamiliarity with AWSCurrent certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT level 3 (COMPTIA Security +)
