- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Scheduling Manager: $83,000.00
- Pay commensurate with experience.

- Oversees the development of weekly and daily schedule to ensure staffing needs are compliant with contract requirements.
- Creates and implements scheduling processes and initiatives to enhance activities and improve efficiencies.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the assigned scheduling system and provide training/guidance to scheduling team as needed.
- Develops effective communication strategy, processes and relationship with vendors/resource managers to proactively ensure project needs are met in a timely manner.
- Provides strategic partnership to leadership regarding reporting needs and analysis in systems of record.
- Audits data to ensure integrity of reporting systems and develops additional training and enhancements to address gaps identified.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 5 years of experience in planning and shift scheduling for mid to large-size facilities.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skill with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional groups, coordinated work activities at all levels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build internal/external relationships.
- Knowledge of scheduling and reporting resources utilized by company including When I Work or comparable system.
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility, ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Scheduling Coordinator, Appointment Scheduler, or Calendar Manager
