About Us:
Better Buzz Coffee in Fashion Valley is looking for passionate SHIFT SUPERVISORS to join the growing beehive
Our SHIFT SUPERVISORS are part of our leadership team in our cafes. We expect this person to work at least 25+ hours/week and do have full time hours available.
Pay $ generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.
We offer a flexible schedule and hope that our supervisors can work 25+ hours per week.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
Duties:
Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing throughout San Diego & Riverside Counties. We source and roast all our coffees and we are dedicated to our purpose of providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment.
