    Description
    Overview:
    Title: Registered Nurse Occupational Health - Sign on Bonus

    Location: Rutland, VT

    Status: Full Time

    Hours: M-F 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

    Provide occupational health services for employees at client location including medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care. Perform clinical duties within the scope of their education, certification, and competency levels.
    Responsibilities:

    * Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, applying clinical experience to conduct a variety of risk and health assessments with appropriate documentation and follow-up

    * Offer episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses

    * Follow program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management

    * Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging them or dispatching an early interventions specialist for job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments

    * Generate ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports

    Qualifications:
    Required Education:
    • Associate's Degree
    Required License or Certificate:
    • Licensed/certified LPN or RN
    Preferred License or Certificate:
    • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
    Required Experience:
    • 2 years providing occupational health services or relevant experience
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficient in Microsoft programs
    • Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients to achieve successful coaching
    • Ability to achieve performance goals effectively
    • Ability to collaborate with AWS site personnel and client personnel
    • Skilled at presenting to groups
    • A dedicated team player demonstrating maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity, and support for clinic operations
    • Deadline-oriented
    • Strong verbal and presentation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
