    As the Chief Marketing Officer at Perry Ellis, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer experience, and revenue growth.

    You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing plans that align with the company's objectives.

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all Perry Ellis International brands to enhance the company's market position and achieve business goals.

    Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation based in NY., Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.

    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
    Drive brand consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing initiatives.
    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, is preferred

    Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally as a CMO or Senior Vice President of Marketing with 5-10 years of experience.

    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that resulted in business growth.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
    Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
