Job summary
Provides support services in the preparation operation and maintenance of educational and assessment equipment sessions and laboratories of the D-H Patient Safety Training Center PSTC Collaborates with faculty and center personnel to produce set up maintain and organize equipment materials for specific simulation sessions events Prepares breaks down simulators task trainers skills trainers simulation rooms other equipment props for lab events Performs day-to-day maintenance cleansing of equipment simulators trainers simulation rooms Maintains connectivity to simulation equipment audio visual systems troubleshoots simulation software hardware network connectivity issues when needed Maintains stocks sufficient inventory durable disposable supplies lab events Supports assists role-playing applications props placement moulage setup manikins standardized patients Inputs daily patient electronic health data simulated patients eDH Programs software model simulator physiological responses instructor simulation development specialist specifications Assists Operations Manager Director duties assigned optimum functionality Center Performs other duties required assigned High school diploma required Associates degree technical computer healthcare-related areas certified EMT preferred Two three years work experience demonstrates strong problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills required capable taking direction superiors working students faculty staff customers Strong organizational skills attention detail Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability adapt changes role schedule meet needs students faculty organization community Technical aptitude ability learn simulation programs Ability work occasional weekends evenings required None>
